Coz they think skincare is gay.. I was once made fun of by my friends whom I consider close to the point that I almost cried( after which they apolozed lol). But I've never been that vulnerable before so it has become a core memory to me and a point to ponder upon..not just that, Indian men lack skincare..a reason why westerners think we stink..no deo,no daily timely bath, some don't even use soap/ or use soap for shampoo. This culture, I think is primarily because of men being major earners of the household, and culture of arrange marriage(patriarchy basically). Men decide the societal nuances in our country..what's right and what's girlish or flamboyant.. many even get jealous of good looking guys..if u are good looking and take skincare, u will be named gay by Sigma chads.
