Actually it is very hard to find. He / she have to see the vision what you see and also he/she have to have a same passion towards it and can spend long-term bet on this. I know there are few people who will say I will be your good choice for co-founder but before you have to know eachother and build some side projects to know you are compatible to each other or not. You can apply yc co-founder matching to know more talented people. Interested, what are your plans?
