Let me tell you the ground reality you will not get 20 crore funding for startup who isn't started operations and generating revenue of atleast of few crores. You have two options right now. 1) Go All In get a huge loan as much as you can and do what what you want to do. 2) start something else do some other business earn 20 crores from it. If you are so much confident on yourself you can do something else small and make atleast 20 crores from it as well you won't need funding.
