The idea is interesting and can work I think you should Target students and bachelor's living in pg or on rent, And provide subscribtion starting from minimum 2 days Should Target tier 2 cities first then tier 1 and then tier 3 (coz more people are comfortable with swiggy and Zomato and doesn't care about money in tier 1 and tier 3 cities are not open to change themselves faster) And you should free delivery charges only if they subscribe for minimum 7 or 15 days And should operate with 2 3 pre decided menu in which customer get each day different meal and you can add more items to menu lateron At first you should partner with cloud kitchens and give them bulk order when expanding in more cities if customers are decent in that area and if customers are accepting your services for long time then only you should start your own cloud kitchen there Hope my opinions help you And if wanna discuss more you can dm me
