Mobile skins are already in market,one new thing I have seen is paying small amount to the creator of the design, that's a nice point but it increases your cost, second point is currently mobile skins are available in market for 100-150rs which may reduce further in future,so pricing, quality, competition(as it doesn't have any USP,so competition will be high), marketing, piracy and logistics are the main things you need to focus on .
