But instead another device is the best solution. 5 years ago when a friend of mine is preparing for JEE Advanced in an institute, they provided him a Tab device with pre installed OS, where offline course videos are available other than watching videos he cannot do anything with that device. Distraction levels are very low when this type of devices are used.

India doesn't have it's own OS we are completely dependent on ios and android. India should have it's own OS. This will help in maintaining privacy and security as well. I'm thinking of working on making an OS for india no matter how long it takes .
