It is not possible though to build fully fledged website or even a simple landing page. You can still learn softwares like Bubble or flutter flow no code tools to build your MVP.

Not a developer , but you can't make an app with chatgpt codes . Chatgpt can give basic stuffs and minimal codes that you have to enhance step by step for a app development, many other features are needed too .
