My 2nd year of college is over and I have become an ambitious procrastinator. I know what I have to do but I'm not doing it and I don't know why! Please help me.

Can anyone explain me how can someone who is not from India's top prestigious engineering/ management colleges such as IIT and IIMs but from a 2nd tier college can start a entrepreneurship journey without any mentorship or alumini support ??
