(Part 1) 1) Lack of Passion for the Problem: Ensure a deep connection to the problem you're solving for sustained motivation. 2) Neglecting User Understanding: Take time to understand your target users' pain points to develop relevant solutions. 3) Choosing Incompatible Co-founders: A strong relationship with your co-founder is essential for alignment and effective collaboration. 4) Delayed Launch: Launch your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) early to gather user feedback and iterate quickly. 5) Falling for Hype: Prioritize product development over external appearances like press and investor engagements.
