If you go to doctor and say that you pain in throat so he try to cure it with round of medicines, steam and many other things if something is very major then they suggest to operate. You are looking this solution for such a small problem, neuro science is absolutely different what you are saying here. you can operate just maintaining the sleep, means sleep of a human being would be decided by a chip? Instead of that try to go to dr. he will advice tou something better. These things should be used for major than major disease in my pov yours can be differ.
