Hey I am on Medial • 1y

Hi I'm BE ECE student. Currently I live and study in Chennai and I'm born and brought up from Bengaluru. Life is too complicated for me and I don't have a mentor to guide me. I feel like I'm not learning anything at college and don't feel good about my peers. I would like to know how can I get exposed to the world outside,to get creative and how can I gain new skills. Are there companies that might hire and I can learn things there. Maybe something like Cybersecurity or something related to my current course. I don't even know what skills I can show,but I'm ready for learning, good at communicating in many languages. Also I don't know if this is the right pod as this is my first post.(Is it too long!?)

It's not at all too long, it it never. Welcome to medial. Seems like days are passing through you and you are getting FOMO and not doing much at all by comparing through different individuals. Explore through different things. Don't stick to one thing as this is very beginning of your career. Because what you thought is good for you maybe not after knowing something other. Which you like more than this. See technology is growing rapidly. In this world having high domain knowledge is much better than knowing one thing deep. Because everything is automated an dyiu just need to take place where it is evacuate literally. So be acquiring, exploring things.
