Please don't do this to students It's a double loss for students because: 1. Once you select them in interviews, they are not allowed to sit for other companies, hence they are now solely dependent on you. 2. Later, if you revoke the offer, the selected students feel like "GHAR KA NA GHAT KA". It just spoils their career for a few months as off-campus placements are really very hard for freshers.
