Can anyone tell me where I get the funds for my startup from the basic level?

I want to know some general info regarding Revenue Model of Medial.This question is popping up in my mind for 2 days.

Will be registering My Startup on MSME in a few days.

Why is no one offering work from home only roles anymore? At max what I am getting is hybrid roles where I have to come to office like 2-3 days a week at least. And this is also rare, majority are asking to come 5 days a week 😑

Where do startup owners hire from!? I want to work in a startup and help them grow with my skills but i dont know where to find these founders… Any ideas!?
