When customer order from food delivery app like Zomato, swiggy, zepto etc. so the question is jab customer pay krta hai to wo Paisa kaha jaata hai or uske baad delivery partner ko or restaurant walo ko paisa kaise milta hai ? Let's suppose - Customer order pizza worth rupees 100 payed to Zomato with online method Zomato get - 15% listing fees =} 15rs Delevery boy get =} 20rs for delivery Resturant get - 75% for food making And if you're paying offline then Zomato take that money from delevery boy account. Delevery boy get instant payment after delivery but resturant owners needs to wait for 15-30 working days for settlement. delevery boy also get monthly incentive according to ratings. Zomato also get money from selling delevery boy and restuarant owners equipments like dress , delevery box , packing metrial, promotion fees . Also Zomato charge one time 999rs listing fees from resturant owner.

I’ll tell you: Beech mei ek payment gateway hota hai. Humare pay karne ke baad woh 2 method mei divide hote hai: one online, directly food ka actual price (not menu price) rest is with the driver. Ab woh food price hai usmei se Ek % zomato keeps as listing fees which is not set, can differ from restaurants to restaurant. Offline is, jo COD mei aate hai, uska jo zomato ka % hai woh settle ho jata hai online se, minus hoke.
