3 months away from my Start up.

I am from Gujrat and will be launcing an e-commerce market place soon.
I will now be starting to post the regular updates. What challenges I faced till now and what did I learn and how its going. This
If I want to start a start-up now, so at the beginning stage, how many staff I have required and from which departments.
I know only to hire is software developer, content creation, marketing, and please suggest some other if needed ?
