I need a validation!
I too have fear of starting!
Not starting start-up
But starting video/Content creation.
I don't have fancy setup.
But a well to go setup.
I'm learning cinematography.
I want to create content around humans!
Can someone tell how to build a good team (of at least 4 people) in a short span of time (like 3-4 months)?
