I have a doubt, please Clea this thing. If I have an idea for startup and i need a funding to start. So I will go to investors for pre seed funding and I will pitch my idea to them. So, how many chances there are that they will start their own startup by stealing my idea ?

Pitching your idea to an angels are important , before sharing sensitive details, consider signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to safeguard your idea. Additionally, research the investor's reputation and past dealings for trustworthiness. And I'm pretty sure they don't have time to start something , they are investor they prefer to invest not to start..

Most investors listen to business idea will sole purpose to invest there money to earn ROI. Stealing idea requires lot of work generally investors are investing there money so that they can earn without activity doing any work. So Imo the chances of they stealing your idea is slim to none.
