Yes, Possible if Platforms like Twitter like Musk encourages to post videos on Twitter. If they focus on that and increase the payment and make it easy to gain subscriber or follower in Twitter which is tough because mostly people uses YouTube and google very few people uses Twitter as that might attract good amount of creators.
