I think it's a clear path to start a startup! Even if we got a good idea we are not aware of the process like how to start, how to do market research, how to identify our target customers and what is the paper work we need to complete etc.. So i think if someone have clear idea about that, somehow there is chance to gain confidence and to succeed.

Why not just google can't you find relevant information there? Btw I once myself thought to make website regarding tackling this issue by providing all such information into one place.
