Hello bruh, I am doing integrated m.tech(5 years) it is b.tech +m.tech. If I should be very genuine I took it because I get it with very less fees. I got 20k rank in viteee admission exam which costs 20 lakh for me. So I just left that and choose this. Vit is worth it. It has great culture. Great people, great infrastructure and environment. But btech will the 1st priority for them. So I would say choose always btech over integrated m.tech. If you have any more doubts you can msg me or ask here
