Spirituality! Specifically sanatan! I've left nonveg. It's been 5 months. I come from Bengali family u know how much we like nonveg😅. To detach I've to attach somewhere! So it's best to attach with nothingness! Still struggling and learning. My biggest flaw was that I got attached to things easily! Hope I overcome it.
