In india, startups are only hiring for interns i saw few people working as intern from last 10 month. Still that hiring for interns
India founders are very cheap mided they just want to get their job done with cheap price

Many startup might have financial issues for that reason they might be taking such steps it's better for intern to move to another company in such case if they are not satisfied or raise there concerns to there respective startup.
