I've now worked for MNC for 1.6 years. However, I am employed on a support project. I want to change, but I'm not sure what my long-term professional role would be. Neither the testing nor the developer roles interest me. But I am certain that I want the highest paying IT position. I'm keen to learn and get certified even though I have no abilities at the moment. My communication and presentation skills are strong, and I possess strong leadership qualities. To some extent, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Jobs that don't need coding appeal to me. I hope my workload is less demanding so that I can maintain a healthy work-life balance. But I am unsure about which position to select. What certifications or courses should I pursue? My current role in this organisation is developer; how can I get a job by switching roles? Could anyone please guide me how to proceed in this situation?
You can try out some career opportunities in cloud services or devops. According to you interest I think you can explore roles like Business analyst, scrum master, devops engineer or any data science roles. You can find free certification for the same.
Hey to grow, you’ll have to contribute. Try github, geeksforgeeks and contribute in projects and library. With more activity you’ll get more reach and better responses on interviews.
