Just convey your idea of this app and tell them what potential you have seen which made you to do this. Also be ready for questions like- USP, Operating model, Revenue model, Marketing, Next 5 year projection and how?, competitor's data. Be clear with your captable, funds requirement for now and future. Building team, culture, etc.
