Hi, I am a seller on Meesho. There are a lot of descripencies in payment settlement and Incorrect shipping fee charged by meesho. Itโs been months following up with tickets and chat support. Could anyone suggest next steps to take??

Write a official mail to them, if they don't reply then file a case of right to know the information.

Can anyone help me in something..Whenever I mail any company for different type of partnership..I mail them follow up 2-3 times but they donโt reply..Am I doing something wrong in mail or sales funnel, I couldnโt understand..Any expert here to help?
