Does anyone have any knowledge about patents on ideas ? I have a business idea in a field where there alredy are big players, but I just happen to have found a particular category which nobody happens to have been discovered. Then how should I protect that idea of mine and try to turn it around into a business without being crushed over by the giants or without the fear that these giants would simply copy the my idea and implement it more efficiently....
