Hey guys I am a college student and I travel via trains , but i always get frustrated when I forget to buy ticket and the uts app being the absolute nuisance not letting me buy one and I have to wait in long line for buying one single ticket.dont you guys think we need a replacement to the uts app a better one ? Or do anyone of you know why it keeps restricting? Why does it not allow to buy ticket while travelling or from home ...why do we have to be on 20 m distance 😭?

I think we can buy the ticket from home now. Its just that when we’re near the station we cant. Also, the app works just fine for me and when it doesn’t there’s usually an update on the app store
