If you have an Idea which you feel can become big, just start it first find a expert/mentor to validate it then build a strong team by offering ESOP. Build a prototype or MVP then look for funding with angels or VC's who invest in this stage.

You can do around commodities broking, internship aggregator for fresh bees, social media managing for startups, etc. In this you have to build relationships & networks in respected area followed by tech.
