Which apps we use are banned in China? And why the do so? Like why they don't let their people use apps like whatsaap? Also is insta also not allowed there? Whats the logic behind such rules???

It's a matter of digital sovereignty for China. They want to promote their own internet companies and protect their citizens from what they consider foreign influence or misinformation. They also have their own versions of these apps, like WeChat for messaging and Sina Weibo for microblogging.
