Yes, we don't do that. There could be emotional reasons; perhaps we were brought up in a way that makes us hesitant to disclose our emotions easily and frequently. However, loneliness is not solely the outcome of our survival instinct; it is also, to a large extent, created by social media platforms that aim to keep us hooked and manipulative so that they can capitalize on our attention. Social media is designed in such a way, especially Meta products, that they emphasize the importance of popularity over fulfillment.
