I had an idea about an app regarding hostels and pgs and I named it as sibh I need some suggestions how to look forward

.India first needs to develop an Indian app making platform( as playstore suddenly ban indian app) only for Indian as usa and china already have . and all indian app can be develop only by indian . no other countries involved in making of any app.
