I've noticed that many players suffer injuries during training. My idea is to create a virtual reality platform for athletes to improve their skills and practice efficiently from home. Additionally, incorporating wearable insoles with sensors can track player performance, detect incorrect movements, and suggest improvements. These advanced soles can also monitor health and, crucially, predict and prevent injuries. By collecting data on player movement, impact force, and pressure distribution, and analyzing it with AI and machine learning, potential injuries can be predicted based on patterns. When such patterns are detected, the system can issue alerts to prevent injuries, possibly through voice cues. These wearable soles can be utilized not only in virtual training but also in real-life traning making them invaluable tools for athletes. what you guys think mention your feedbacks.
