Going to start a Tech Startup for IT companies. What would we the first step to raise funds? Any leads would be appreciated.

🤔 On another day, Someone asked me the difference between Founders vs Venture Capitalist? He challenged me to say it in 1 Sentence 🔥 "Founders also raise funds & Investors also raise funds.. What's the BIG difference bro?" Then I said this:

Need a strong co founder with the ability to help me raise funds , refine the product and work with sales ( it's a digital health startup)

I am from Himachal and there is lot of lack of startups here. So I want to create a white label brand here. But I don't have any capital. Can anyone tell me how to raise funds?

Is it mandatory to start a start-up with co- founder. What if I don't want any co- founder ? I don't have any knowledge of industry where my start-up will take place, but I need the person who have a knowledge a industry where my start-up will take
