AI becoming an important part of our life. Thus we should use it for good and effectively. In India, More than 70% of people are directly or indirectly suffering from mental tensions etc.. How do we solve it? With the use of AI can we solve it? Or wil it increase the problems? As per my experience, The main reason for mental issues, is that the incapability of facing problems and got tired when we do it. We everyone needs sudden responses and results And it becomes problem... I am having a thought about it... So my question is,,, Can AI helps to decrease mental issues?
