I think you should advertise why home tution is better than any coaching, and you can even put ur banners outside coachings , startionaries and places where children go most.

1.contact to nearby schools and tell them that ,we will pay the banner costs and tell we will just add our brand as bottom of the banner 2.Grab the Parents attention via placing posters near by the stationary,marts ,some important places where the student and the parents oftenly go. 3.grab attention by just going to the mart and make to talk with the parent on tution services etc... I think these ideas will help...

Reach out stationary stores give them X amount and tell him to give out your TuitionVeda pamplet to Students and Parents who come to his shop to buy stationery items. This will specifically target your audience which you are looking for. If you try this do let me know the outcome will like to hear.
