Not practical as pateints : doctor ratio is very high in india and this will be very time consuming to go and check everyone & individually. On the other hand it will be expensive also.
Convince Problem Then what's the problem in that model
One doctor can see upto 80 people in a day in OPD but in this model it's will be not more that 10-15 max per doc. That's the problem.
