Nice sales pitch. Will be good for those who are looking for tech. But i will still suggest getting a Tech cofounder instead of outsourcing tech. Because tech is not a one time investment, its a recurring expense to the company. It doesnt end at creating website or app. But lets see, maybe you can get few interested people here
