We have 3 years of experience in running a design studio And the clientele will be limited ensuring intact quality (and yeah we have a team, that makes things easier)
But what about the scaling?
Less clients, higher ticket size is the Gotbo strategy for the US
Alright for India?
That I am figuring out.. India is a very proce sensitive market. But any tech startup building a design team will cost them at least 2L a month with a Design lead and 2 junior designers, so we could probably charge around 1.5L/month (saving em 5000/month + benefits)
