Luck means your network, privileges, timing and much more. If the market you choosing is huge then even an not a great product will work. But if market is very small then even a perfect product could not work. Here also luck matters.

There is no bad market or good market. If the market size is small then good products can't win. It's more about frequent used products, outliered pricing and all.
