I will try to follow this schedule this week. I find it difficult, but I will try my best.
4:30 Wake up
4:30 to 6:00 Study session 1
6:00 to 6:45 Running (for fitness)
6:45 to 7:00 Meditation
7:00 to 8:30 Breakfast and get ready for c
It's not a fix timing I have decided a deadline like I have to wake up before 4:30 so from last two days I wake up around 4 am 3:45 am . I am human not a robot
