If a customer contacts a venue via my app, and the venue advises them to contact directly, how can I prevent these types of issues.

Its simple. 1. No coupon code without in-app payment. MagicPin did this 2. Use location to check if the user has reached the manager at the venue & also check if manager cancels the listing 3. Give analytics to the venue manager only if they dont do
But we cannot track the location of a user
