Can anyone give a good overview or a reality check for print on demand businesses. Is it worth going for it? Is it too much of hassle and competition. If someone has experience in this domain please share some keypointers worth noting.

Don’t have much to say, because there isn’t much needed. There are enough. One google search and you’ll find 10 offline, and 12 online businesses. If you have one and it’s doing good, awesome but don’t start. Especially if you don’t have surplus capital.
