Not at all. They were basically nurses.

Not talking about the nurses. There are some schools where they have qualified psychologist.

Toh apna pov share kro...is qualified hote toh relationship problems ya person problem share krte. Ya yhi sochte ki teacher h..what if baki teachers se discuss krne lgi ya ptm me parents se discuss krne lgi ya principal ko boldia etc etc.. kaafi doub

Actually hota hai, aisa. Ye intrinsically thought aati hai. Cos this is very normal (mere school ke pov se) so everyone was normal with not talking to them about counselling at all. Mental health ka itna fashion tab actually tha nai. Hum padhne, khelnw aur bakchodi karne jaate thhe bas.
