Is Indian schools have councillors ? I never seen anybody ?

Yeah there are school's where we have councillor who used to come in class when any teacher is absent and teach you different ways of thinking, career option and other life tips which are necessary in life.

I am talking about private sessions ?

Yeah...if you have a doubt you can go to their room and discuss. Even during the class. No teacher will bother you if you are with and discussing something.
