Because there is human psychology hidden here. When you don’t have to pay immediately. You impulsively tend to buy things especially low ticket items. Hence so that people fall in this trap, that’s why ;)

It increases their avg nos of orders, by a hugeee margin. As people don’t have to pay anything upfront.

It's simple Collab and grow thing that's it. Maybe Zomato asking for a 1% more commission and they will eventually give it as a customer acquisition cost that's it.
