Why nobody is making app for Indian police that help him to manage their records , identity , evidences and so many things. Many foreign policie / agencies have these type of apps to manage their local works and makes smooth .

I think this can only be done by the govt, a lot of private data is involved, how would you include trust factor in this type of business?
