Hey medial fam I just wonder on how can one in his 20's build an Indian gym shark and is the market ready for it or am I early and what all differentiations can I have in my brand
Some good differentiation could be sustainable sourcing of your products, from local producers, you can distinguish it amongst genZ as a more genz appealing brand.
