What are the things you think, it is wrong in our education system?? And how can we solve these problem?

Talk is cheap show me the Product. "you just need an idea to be successful" what could be worse than saying I dont have a product but have a great idea.

For the recruiters and people who have posted jobs on LinkedIn. How do you extract the candidate information and CVs if number of applicants are more than few hundreds ? Do you use some kind of service ? I dont see LinkedIn providing some kind of api
