You don’t need a dev team that says “yes” to everything.
You need one that says:
"This won’t scale."
"This is bad UX."
"We’re reinventing the wheel again."
"Stop shipping features nobody asked for."
If your developers only follow instructions,
Hating wealth won’t make you rich. If you despise success, you’ll subconsciously avoid it. Shift your mindset admire, learn and build. That’s how you win
