I would rather give a mother and father of a girl child some sense of security that their daughter has a comfortable way to commute without getting stares from creeps and Hergetting groped by peasants than be empathetic towards the population that commits most of the crimes.

Do you even know what the word peasent means ? It means farmer. You eat food because he dies while ploughing the land. I know it might work but how will you seprate unmannered with mannered one? Bachkana dimaag 21-22 se kam ka hi hai tu pakka.
